WA Review 1
WA success stories – A Newcomer’s Perspective
We are just about to establish our web site, the Renewable Energy Systems, hosted by Wealthy Affiliate. It is a challenge to put together a review when you have a limited exposure to the subject matter. That is my situation with Wealthy Affiliate. I do not have statistics for performance metrics, since my website is still under construction. Any review I attempt at this stage can only be limited to the few elements of WA operation that I witnessed or used during my short experience. In this review I will confine my comments to only 2 elements, namely WA Community and the training programs.
The WA Community
WA is a community of like-minded individuals that are prepared to share knowledge and support each other. From the community interactions and training programs the management focus is clearly to create a company and knowledgeable community that have shared interest in leveraging one another. The company gets a pool of knowledgeable resources for its operations, and the community members get the technical support they need especially at the early stages of their businesses.
The Training Programs
The knowledge based training program consisting of many modules, each module covering specific area of the subject matter of on-line businesses. Progressively the training program becomes more and more involved, and in many ways more and more complicated, as one advances through the program. It is structured in such a way, that by the time one completes the last module, and fulfils the tasks required by the program, one would be able to set up his/her on-line business without any problem.
After this comprehensive training program, one would only need to refine just the “edges”, or add little bit of improvements here and there to their web sites for extra appeal.
During the training program, one can ask question(s) through the online training system. Questions raised get immediate attention of the WA community, and also of the training instructors and the WA management. All questions get answered, in many cases by multiple people, and that is one of the interesting things about the WA training programs.
Expectations are the training programs will last as long as it is required. Members and instructors do not recommend rushing the program, or imposing artificial deadlines. It is encouraged that individuals take their time to work through the main elements of the program at their own pace, to collect the knowledge needed to set up and manage an online successful business, which is the main objective. It is recognized that fulfilling these stated training objectives will vary with individuals, based on background education, disposable time available and other personal factors.
Being part of WA community
I am thankful to all WA members who have answered my questions. I still have a long way to go, and most likely will ask more. This is only my first sample Review I am writing for training purpose only. My subsequent reviews will hopefully reflect better my growing experience with WA.
